The Paper Pulp Molding Egg Tray Making Machine Computer Control Low Energy Consumption is mainly combined by THREE PARTS:
1. Pulping system: Use waste paper and water as raw material and pulp up;
2. Forming system: The pulped material being delivered to Product Tray molds, and forming to the Product Tray plate shape;
3. Drying system: The formed Product Tray plate being delivered to Dryer, and come up to Completed Strong Product Tray plate
The drying system is with one boiler. The drying system can use electricity, diesel, coal, natural gas as energy. Customers must first confirm which kind of energy they will use before our production.
Our production line has Fully Automatic and Semi Automatic two types , both have computer control system.
If you don’t want this drying system, it is also OK. Then you will have to do the work of drying up the product trays manually.
Our machine can be designed to make different products at same time by one Working Table (with 2 Molds or even 3 molds)
All the machine is in computer control, which is also very easy to operate and donnot need high level knowledge requirement for the workers.

1. What is Semi Automatic type ?
If only order the pulping system and the forming system, that's Semi Automatic type.
And you'll have to do the work of drying up the trays manually;
2. What is Fully Automatic type ?
The Fully Automatic production line includes the Drying system and the whole procedure can be done Automatically .
Of course, the price and the required work space would have big difference from the semi-automatic type.

--- Our machines use UK Technics and part of the components are Germany-made (ex: Ball valve) .
-- Our machine is made by Tooling NOT by Welding , insuring a minimum of 10 years’ lifespan .
